How you can help:
- Advise the business on reviewing and providing input on existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, helping the leadership team streamline operations to reduce costs and enhance kitchen flow.
- Share best practices in menu engineering and ingredient utilization, providing guidance on optimizing the menu to improve profitability while maintaining the authenticity of their offerings.
- Support the company in developing a comprehensive cost-reduction strategy.
- Introduce tools and best practices that will enable the business to continuously monitor and analyze its operations, making data-driven decisions to further improve efficiency and overall performance.
Skills needed:
- Strong background in the restaurant sector, including hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations and a deep understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and dynamics.
- Ability to streamline restaurant operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency while maintaining or improving product quality.
- A thorough understanding of menu engineering principles, ingredient utilization, and culinary expertise to assist in revamping the menu for improved profitability and customer satisfaction.
