JUMP START A BLUEPRINT FOR GROWTH

Interview food industry businesses in El Salvador, Guatemala & Honduras to evaluate their fit for our program, and then use your business know-how to help a business leadership team package their story, vision, & growth goals into a “Growth File” that will be used to develop each business’s growth plan and track their progress throughout their Bpeace journey.

Volunteer Skills Needed:

• Inductive Reasoning
• Business expertise in Growth Strategy
• Experience reviewing organizations to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and identify opportunities
• Expertise in the food industry is desirable

Anticipated start date: May through July, 2024

Volunteer Commitment: 6 hours over 2 weeks
