EL SALVADOR FOOD MAXIMIZER SELECTION COMMITTEE

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team as an Interviewer and Business Analyst for the Food Maximizer program in El Salvador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to review candidate applications, conduct interviews, and utilize a scoring tool to evaluate their potential for growth and alignment with Bpeace’s mission. Your business expertise will be crucial in assessing candidates and providing valuable insights to assist Bpeace staff in building comprehensive business profiles.

Skills needed:

• Previous experience in business, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to objectively assess candidates’ qualifications and potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the Bpeace mission and values.

Estimated Dates: June 10th to August 15th, 2024

Volunteer Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per candidate reviewed. Volunteers may choose to commit to assessing between 1 and 4 candidates.
