The Leaders Circle, supported by the Prospera Latina Foundation, is designed for Salvadoran women business leaders who have previously participated in Bpeace programs. This initiative aims to further enhance their leadership skills, empowering them to achieve even greater, high-impact transformation. The inaugural cohort consists of 23 participants.
Leaders Circle is crafted for women advancing personal development or driving growth projects within their businesses. The program focuses on strengthening specific areas crucial for transformative leadership. Participants are becoming the driving force behind initiatives that directly benefit their colleagues, microentrepreneurs in their supply chains or communities they support through social impact projects.
Expert Guidance and E-Learning
The program employs a multidisciplinary methodology, combining virtual e-learning with scheduled group sessions facilitated by Bpeace volunteer experts. Additionally, a space for in-person interaction fosters collective impact and shared growth among women business leaders.
The e-learning component is carried out via the LinkedIn Learning platform where Bpeace volunteer Skillanthropists have carefully curated learning paths that address the specific challenges and opportunities the women business leaders have in five focus areas: Financial Management, Talent Management, Executive Leadership, Social Impact and Family Business Management.
Upon completing the curated learning paths, the women leaders receive specialized consulting from Skillanthropists in the key area they have selected as their No. 1 priority. These volunteer experts bring practical and theoretical knowledge to address the significant challenges faced by women in leadership and decision-making roles.
