What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Bpeace staff to design a60–90 minute virtual workshop..
- Integrate practical exercises, discussion prompts, and tools/templates for participants.
- Align your workshop with curatedLinkedIn Learning Pathsand other program components for continuity.
- Deliver your workshop live (via Zoom), engaging up to 25 entrepreneurs in interactive learning.
- Provide light post-workshop follow-up (sharing slides/resources)
We’ll provide the following:
- A curated LinkedIn Learning Path on your topic.
- Participant briefs with business background and key challenges.
- Zoom hosting, technical tools, and full logistical support.
Time Commitment
- 1–1.5hours for workshop delivery.
- Estimate 2-3 hours(review learning path, prepare slides, and coordinate with staff. Preparation time is flexible, depending on your style and approach).
- Total commitment:~3 –5 hours between November and March
- Timeline:
- Kick-off meeting with Bpeace staff: Early November
- Workshop delivery: November, January, February and March
- Resources shared: within 1 week of workshop delivery
You Are a Great Fit If You:
- Have senior-level experience inoperations, finance, sales/marketing, or contracting/supplier diversity.
- Enjoy facilitating discussions, teaching, and keeping participants actively engaged.
- Can translate complex concepts into practical, actionable steps for small business owners.
- Are comfortable leading interactive sessions virtually (via Zoom).
- Are passionate about supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs to grow, scale, and reinvest in their communities.
