As a Bpeace Virtual Facilitator, you will:
- Facilitate and deliver one 90-minute Zoom Learning Session for a cohort of approximately 50 entrepreneurs, focused onFinancial Analysis&Growth: key financial drivers, profitability trends, and strategic opportunities for strengthening financial performance and business expansion.
- Guide an engaging presentation
- Fosterpeer-to-peer learning, encouraging participants to share experiences and apply new knowledge to their business challenges.
- Create aninclusive, energizing, and participatory environmentthat supports learning, reflection, and action.
Key skills:
- Strong virtual communication andpublic speaking skills, and experience delivering engaging online sessions onFinancial Analysis&Growth.
- Comfort and proficiency with online platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Ability to create interactive, inclusive, and dynamic virtual environments that keep participants engaged.
- Strong group facilitation and time management skills to guide discussions effectively and stay on track.
- Passion for business development, leadership, and adult learning
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
