What You’ll Do:
- Review&Curate: Identify high-quality LinkedIn Learning courses, videos, and tools aligned with your assigned topic(s).
- Design learning flow:Draft an outline with framing text, subtopics, and clear learning objectives tailored small business owners
- Recommend practical content: select videos or courses that can be realistically completed by entrepreneurs in ~2 hours per month.
- Contextualize:Highlight how the curated content applies to real-world challenges faced by underrepresented businesses scaling past $1M (financial systems, access to contracts, marketing gaps, leadership readiness)across diverse industries.
- Collaborate:Work with Bpeace staff and fellow volunteers to integrate all six paths into a cohesive offering.
We’ll provide the following:
- Onboarding to LinkedIn Learning’s curation tools.
- Guidelines for building paths (structure, timing, and content relevance).
- Support from Bpeace staff to align on program objectives and content priorities.
When to Escalate to Bpeace Staff:
- Unsure if content fits program objectives
- Technical issues on LinkedIn Learning
- Unclear about deadlines or review process.
Time Commitment
- Estimated 8 - 10 hours total over 4 weeks, with flexible scheduling.
- Timeline:Curated learning paths should be completed byOctober 31, 2025.

- Feedback incorporated:Oct 17
Final version:Oct 31(ahead of program launch on early November)
You Are a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in one or more of the following: operations, finance, sales/marketing, procurement, leadership, or pitching.
- Enjoy designing learning experiences or recommending impactful educational content.
- Have strong analytical skills to quickly evaluate online course material for relevance and quality
- Are familiar with LinkedIn Learning (or eager to learn its curation tools).
- Care deeply about supporting small businesses and entrepreneurship.
