As a Bpeace selection member, you will:
- Review business applications and supporting materials before interviews.
- Conduct one-hour virtual interviews with applicant businesses to assess their growth readiness, leadership commitment, business maturity, and alignment with program objectives.
- Evaluate applicants using a structured scoring framework provided by Bpeace.
- Participate in selection discussions with fellow interviewers and Bpeace staff to help determine the final cohort.
- Provide objective, thoughtful assessments that contribute to a fair and competitive selection process.
