Interviewing And Selection Committee

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct at least2structured interviews (30 minutes each) with Fast Runner candidates (via Zoom).

  • Use a standardizedinterview guide + scoring formprovided by Bpeace to assess applicants consistently.

  • Providequalitative notes and observationsthat complement quantitative scoring (e.g., growth mindset, coachability, clarity of business model).

  • Collaborate with Bpeace staff to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment in final selections.

  • Participate in a selection team debrief to help finalize the cohort. (optional)

We’ll provide the following:

  • An interview guide with aligned questions and scoring rubric.
  • Candidate applications for review.

  • Zoom and centralized scheduling — interviews will be coordinated by the Bpeace program team.
  • A scoring survey for each interview.

Time Commitment

  • Estimated 4-6 hours total(includes reviewing candidate materials, interviews, scoring, and debrief).

Timeline:Interviews will take place remotely throughout October.
