Supplier Excellence, led by Bpeace and sponsored by PwC US, is a 6-month, high-impact program designed to help small and mid-sized US professional services businesses (non-manufacturing) build the systems, capabilities, and readiness needed to compete for corporate opportunities.

Through industry-informed mentorship, peer learning, and action-oriented advisory support, you’ll strengthen your operations, refine your positioning, and become a more competitive, scalable supplier.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We’re looking for growth-ready professional services businesses that:

  • Have a minimum of four years of formal operation in the U.S.
  • Are non-manufacturing service providers
  • Generate annual average revenue of $300,000+
  • Have at least three full-time employees
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in corporate procurement opportunities
  • Show significant growth potential and capacity to create jobs

A hands-on experience led with expertise

Over six months, you’ll experience a structured, high-impact model designed for real business transformation:

1. Digital Learning (Self-Paced)

Access bite-sized modules anytime, covering topics such as growth, operations, capital and finance, sales and marketing, and contracting. This includes curated learning resources and ready-to-use tools to support your business.

2. Mentorship & Advisory by Seasoned Business Leaders

Receive 1:1 support from seasoned business leaders (“Skillanthropists”), with tailored guidance aligned to your growth goals. You’ll also have access to ongoing office hours and advisory sessions to support your progress.

3. Deep Dives & Office Hours

Participate in monthly sessions led with expertise focused on key business functions, complemented by practical tools and frameworks you can apply directly to your business.

4. Peer Learning & Community

Engage with a cohort of fellow business leaders to share challenges, exchange insights, and learn from one another while building a strong, lasting professional network.

5. Enterprise Readiness Development

Develop the tools and resources needed for a successful corporate pitch, including hands-on practice and feedback sessions to prepare for real procurement opportunities.

Join the 2026 Cohort

Up to 12 businesses will be selected to participate in Supplier Excellence, starting in July 2026. Top candidates may be selected early—we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

How does Supplier Excellence assess the specific needs of my business?

The program begins with a baseline assessment, including an initial pitch presentation and readiness evaluation, to better understand your business’s strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Based on these insights, participants receive tailored guidance and support throughout the program. Deep dive sessions, mentorship, and advisory support are designed to help businesses strengthen areas such as pricing, operations, sales, financial readiness, positioning, and corporate procurement preparedness.

Each participant also works toward a customized Success Plan focused on practical application and measurable progress.

  • Talent and organizational capacity
  • Financial readiness and pricing strategy

Throughout the program, participants work to strengthen core business fundamentals—including strategy, pricing, operations, and delivery capacity—while refining their ability to position and present their business to corporate clients.

Topics and areas of focus may be adjusted based on participant profiles, readiness levels, and priority needs identified during the baseline assessment to ensure a tailored, high-impact experience.

What is the duration of the program, and what is the expected time commitment?

Program activities will run from July through December 2026. Participants should plan to dedicate approximately 2.5-4 hours per week throughout the six-month program.

This includes:

  • Deep dive sessions and webinars
  • Office hours and advisory sessions
  • Self-paced digital learning
  • Peer learning activities
  • Preparation for pitch presentations and program deliverables

Some activities are optional, allowing participants flexibility based on their business needs and schedules.

Supplier Excellence is designed primarily for business owners, founders, and CEOs. We also encourage participants to involve key members of their leadership team in relevant sessions and activities when beneficial to the business.

Supplier Excellence is delivered virtually, allowing businesses from across the United States to participate while maintaining flexible access to sessions, mentorship, and learning resources.

Is there any cost to participate?

No. Supplier Excellence is fully funded for selected participants. The Supplier Excellence accelerator is led by Bpeace with support by PwC US.

Selected businesses will receive access to an experience valued at over $20,000, including mentorship, advisory support, hands-on experience led sessions with expertise, and access to Bpeace’s network of 700+ business professionals.

No. Supplier Excellence is designed to help businesses become more competitive and better prepared for corporate procurement opportunities. Program participation does not guarantee contracts or supplier relationships with PwC US or any other organization.

Participants can continue to be part of Bpeace’s broader community and network of business owners and seasoned industry leaders. We encourage ongoing connections between participants and mentors beyond the formal conclusion of the program.
