You have more than two years of formal operations in the U.S.

How the Bpeace Maximizer program works

Our judges will select up to 15 high-potential Black, minority or women-owned businesses for the Bpeace Maximizer program. You will participate in highly personalized group workshops for you and up to three members of your leadership team. We will also identify a Growth Project to help you strengthen your operations and maximize your opportunities. Your private team of Skillanthropist business experts will advise you remotely through a series of video calls involving you and key members of your team.

Acceptance into the Bpeace Maximizer program requires a nominal one-time fee

While Bpeace’s experts offer their time at no cost, we require Bpeace Maximizer participants to pay a nominal fee. We have adjusted the participation fees due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The fee covers the full participation of your CEO/owner and up to three other members of your leadership team. We base this one-time fee on your business’s annual sales:

Annual Sales One-time Fee
$200,000-$750,000 $250
$750,001-$1,500,000 $500
More than $1,500,000 $750
