JUMPSTART A SMALL BUSINESS’ GROWTH PLAN

Use your business know-how to make a positive and critical impact helping an entrepreneur package their business story and growth goals. Working remotely, you will discuss the business history and goals with senior management and create a PowerPoint document using a Bpeace template. This living document is a Growth File (G-File) that will be used by the business to develop their growth plan and track their progress.

8-10 hours over 3 weeks.

LEARNING LABS AND OFFICE HOURS

Design and deliver interactive remote workshops on a variety of business topics, such as talent management, ESG strategy, marketing and more. Provide a one-hour, 1:1 consultation for each Learning Lab participant.

5-20 hours over 2 months.

CONSULT ON BUSINESS GROWTH PLANS

These in-depth remote or in-person opportunities help businesses explore new markets and collaborate on new growth strategies. Opportunities available with Salvadoran, Guatemalan and U.S. businesses.

20 hours over 4 months.

BUILD CLIMATE AWARENESS

Advise businesses how addressing climate change can be a competitive edge for their business and help them create their ESG strategy.

REMOTE MENTORING FOR SALVADORAN BUSINESSWOMEN

Offer remote mentoring to pairs of businesswomen on a variety of work/life and business topics.

90 minutes/week over 2 months.

PHARMA INDUSTRY EXPERTISE NEEDED

Work side-by-side with a Salvadoran business in the pharma sector on one or more of the following: create a business plan for growth; design and deliver remote Learning Labs on topics tailored to the needs of pharma industry businesses; explore new markets and define growth strategies in the U.S. pharma industry; design, facilitate, and participate in a pharma expo to connect Salvadoran business with international opportunities.
