Toni Maloney

Since helping found Bpeace in 2002, Toni has been committed to the idea that business people have a significant role to play in peace building. Before downshifting her strategic marketing consulting business -- The Maloney Group -- to lead Bpeace full-time, Toni held executive positions at American Express, Ogilvy, and McCann-Erickson.

Marla Gitterman

Bpeace Chief Program Officer


Marla manages Bpeace’s portfolio of Fast Runner entrepreneurs in Afghanistan, Rwanda and El Salvador. Prior to joining Bpeace in 2005 as its first full-time employee, Marla worked as Technical Program Officer at Women's World Banking where she helped support the development of microfinance institutions in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Laurie Chock

Laurie's professional life pivots between two related fields: communications skills coaching with her firm, Chock Global Communications, and filmmaking. She brings her experience as a former actress, television reporter, producer and director of documentaries to her coaching. Her clients are in varied industry sectors and she works both in the executive suite and with professional staff.

Randy Browning

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Randy is responsible for leading the Products & Services industry U.S. consulting practice. Randy has more than 25 years experience in financial management, operational improvement, and service innovation. He has extensive experience helping telecommunications companies improve their revenue performance, having worked with companies in more than 15 countries.

Kate Buggeln

As a retail and consumer-focused business strategist, Kate works with internationally-known industry leaders, medium-sized and startup companies. She consults with executive teams to strategize and achieve business growth and serves as Board Director for Ascena Retail Group, Timberland, Noble Biomaterials, and Vitamin Shoppe. Prior board positions include Stuart Weitzman, Spire, and Circles Inc.

Mary Azzarto Ciampa

Mary has worked primarily with companies in their startup phases, helping them build their businesses with new product and service opportunities. Most recently she helped to develop the brand identity and positioning strategy for Isabella Products and its first consumer electronics product.

Susan McPherson

Susan manages marketing and public relations programs for clients and helps build the firm’s corporate social responsibility communications practice. Susan has experience in strategic business development, marketing, new product offerings, and team development. In the last few years, she has developed an expertise in social media marketing.

Sabra Richardson

Sabra is presently a consultant with the Finance Departments of the NYC Dept. of Education School Food Division and the NYC Agency for Children's Services' Youth Entrepreneurial Program. Previously she has held positions as an Assistant Vice-President/Branch Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank as well as a sales executive with two Fortune 500 Companies, American Home Foods and Bristol Myers.

Delilah Rothenberg

Founding Principal, Development Capital Strategies

Development Capital Strategies (DCS) provides investor relations and project finance services to businesses focused on economic development. Previously, Delilah worked in Equities at Bear Stearns and developed educational programs with industry executives for investors at Gerson Lehrman Group. At Zephyr Management, she worked in emerging markets private equity.
