    Elizabeth is a highly successful entrepreneur and angel investor whose purpose and passion is to help entrepreneurs start and grow their ventures. She has 20 years of experience building businesses, organizations and boards through leadership and creative problem-solving. She was named Bpeace's CEO in early 2015.

    Bpeace Chief Program Officer


    Marla manages Bpeace’s portfolio of Fast Runner entrepreneurs in Afghanistan, Guatemala and El Salvador. Prior to joining Bpeace in 2005 as its first full-time employee, Marla worked as Technical Program Officer at Women's World Banking where she helped support the development of microfinance institutions in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe.

    As a retail and consumer-focused business strategist, Kate works with internationally known industry leaders, medium-sized and startup companies. She consults with executive teams to strategize and achieve business growth and serves as Board Director for Ascena Retail Group, Noble Biomaterials, Vitamin Shoppe and Five Below. Prior board positions include Timberland, Stuart Weitzman, Spire and Circles Inc.

    Randy is PwC's U.S. Advisory Consulting and Markets Leader. He is responsible for the firm's management consulting, risk consulting, technology consulting, as well as marketing and sales, analyst relations and public relations. He is also a member of PwC's Advisory Leadership Group.

    Business Development Consultant

    Mary has worked primarily with companies in their startup phases, helping them build their businesses with new product and service opportunities. Most recently she helped to develop the brand identity and positioning strategy for Isabella Products and its first consumer electronics product.

    Mark is founder and president of Longacre Advisors, where he is a consultant to C-level executives. He is also an interim executive, investor and entrepreneur, with over 25 years of experience in the communications, media and technology industries. Mark has previously held senior managing partner roles at Accenture, Wipro Technologies and Capgemini in both North America and Europe.

    At Mercer, Meg leads global marketing for its Talent business. She has over 20 years of experience working with executive teams to help drive performance through people. Meg has partnered with The World Economic Forum on a number of human-capital-related research projects and has held executive positions in both human resources and marketing.

Before downshifting her strategic marketing consulting business--The Maloney Group--to lead Bpeace as CEO for 10 years, Toni held executive positions at American Express, Ogilvy, and McCann-Erickson.

    Sunrise Beauty Studio develops beauty brands and products, including fine fragrances. Previously, Beth was North American advisor for Alshaya, the world’s largest franchisee group, based in the Middle East. Perhaps best known for her role as president and CEO of Bath & Body Works, Beth grew a tiny Ohio-based company into a national chain of 1,600+ stores with over $2 billion in sales. She also serves on the boards of The Vitamin Shoppe, Cabela’s and Loblaw Companies.

    Development Capital Strategies (DCS) provides investor relations and project finance services to businesses focused on economic development. Previously, Delilah worked in equities at Bear Stearns and developed educational programs with industry executives for investors at Gerson Lehrman Group. At Zephyr Management, she worked in emerging markets private equity.

    Karen is a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) partner who served on the Firm’s Advisory global leadership team. Currently she sits on the Management Committee at Merryck and Co, where she is an executive mentor. For more than 30 years, she has worked closely with top global and smaller business executives to help leaders drive new business strategies, reinvent their operations, and fully align and engage their people in new ways of doing business.

Liz is the Head of International at Indiegogo. Previously she built international operations at Etsy, the online marketplace for creative, independent businesses in the areas of handmade goods, vintage items and crafting supplies.
